## Two Intelligence Surfaces (Broker Intelligence vs. Factor Intel Network)

HaulProfit offers **two distinct intelligence products**. Do not conflate them when pitching partners or buyers:

- **Broker Intelligence** (platform-wide feed): Paid, aggregated, anonymized data product on broker payment behavior. Available to **any data buyer** — brokerages, load platforms, insurers, financial services, ELD providers, fuel card providers, associations, dealers, etc. Sold as part of the data product catalog (see `sales-documents/15-subscription-and-pricing.md`).
- **Factor Intel Network** (included with the core factor subscription; participation-gated): **Factor partners only.** There is no separate monthly add-on price — FIN access is included with a factor's core HaulProfit subscription and is earned through ongoing data participation (give-to-get): factors who contribute invoices and payment outcomes keep full access, and access degrades then locks if contributions go stale. Non-factor partners — service partners, fuel card providers, insurers, ELD providers, brokerages, associations and dealers — **cannot join Factor Intel Network**, because its value depends on funded-book payment-velocity data only Factors contribute. They can still buy the Broker Intelligence feed as a data product.

## How the Traffic Light System Works

1. **GREEN** = Profitable load. Rate exceeds your costs plus target profit margin.
2. **YELLOW** = Marginal load. Covers variable costs but may not cover fixed costs.
3. **RED** = Unprofitable load. Will lose money on this haul.
