Explore your partner business case | HaulProfit

More carriers choosing you. Fewer leaving for competitors. More time in business. Explore the additional revenue alongside HaulProfit’s program fees. Illustrative revenue baseline and hypothetical effects; not measured results, a forecast or guaranteed growth.

The carrier benefit

Give carriers a practical reason to choose your service and stay: access to load comparisons based on their own operating costs. They can compare what offers may leave after expenses, rather than choosing by the headline rate alone. Carriers keep the decision; estimated earnings are not guaranteed profit.

Partner branding is available from Partner 500, including for a smaller carrier book that chooses that package. Partner 100 uses HaulProfit branding. Branding surfaces and domains depend on the selected package and setup.

Lead recruitment conversations with a useful carrier benefit. Repeat use can also give existing customers a reason to value the relationship. Acquisition and retention gains are possibilities, not measured results. The calculator changes assumed annual new relationships by a percentage; more wins from the same acquisition effort are not also cash savings.

Illustrative revenue baseline and hypothetical effects; not measured results, a forecast or guaranteed growth.

Compare HaulProfit fees with revenue for the same annual and cumulative periods. Annual self-attestation fixes invoicing for the upcoming year; modeled growth does not reprice it midyear. Annual upfront payment has a 20% discount and is separate from annual declaration. Above 25,000 relationships requires a custom quote. Signed terms remain controlling.

Add a cost-based load comparison benefit to your acquisition and retention offer. Explore the revenue scenarios alongside program fees, then talk with HaulProfit about the package and agreement that fit your carrier relationships.

Hypothetical five-year revenue

Give carriers a practical reason to choose your service and stay: access to load comparisons based on their own operating costs. They can compare what offers may leave after expenses, rather than choosing by the headline rate alone. Carriers keep the decision; estimated earnings are not guaranteed profit.

The illustration uses monthly partner fee revenue per carrier account and the account/fleet mix. Each active account-month is counted once, with baseline revenue, scenario revenue, annual additional revenue and five-year cumulative additional revenue shown side by side. Figures are hypothetical.

A carrier benefit without a required systems integration

Give carriers a practical reason to choose your service and stay: access to load comparisons based on their own operating costs. They can compare what offers may leave after expenses, rather than choosing by the headline rate alone. Carriers keep the decision; estimated earnings are not guaranteed profit.

Standalone web needs a browser, internet, an account and truck cost setup. No extension or partner integration is required. Optional mobile location, subject to OS consent, starts with tracking, including login or session restoration. GPS is sent immediately and at intervals while active for deadhead and current-truck updates. Voice uses the microphone; selected captures use the camera or media picker. Selected images, voice and GPS go to HaulProfit for parsing, calculations and location features. Declining or stopping these functions leaves web and manual entry available. The optional extension lists storage, activeTab, scripting, tabs, alarms, geolocation, listed hosts and optional all_urls. With site permission, load-board fields go to the service for comparison; it is not represented as never touching unrelated sites. Extra host access can be declined. Disabling or uninstalling leaves standalone web available. Browser, device, site terms and managed policies affect compatibility. Supported partner uploads and scheduled report email are authorized pushes, not portal credentials or permission to pull partner systems. Optional email/SMS process supplied content through the service and its provider; send acceptance is not delivery confirmation.

Account identity supports access; truck costs and selected offers support carrier comparisons; authorized report fields support matching. Partner and administrator visibility is scoped, not automatic access to every carrier record. There is no automatic access to partner TMS, CRM or core systems. Sender, format, record matching and data freshness affect pushed reports. Stopping future reports is separate from deleting stored data. Exact field access, administrator roles, hosting regions and subprocessors depend on the selected scope.

Published controls include scrypt password hashing, available but not universally mandatory TOTP two-factor authentication, authorization checks and audit logging. TLS 1.2+ in transit and provider-managed encryption at rest are documented statements, not independent verification. The packet dated 2026-07-24 states there is no SOC 2 attestation; this brief does not establish a newer independent assurance status.

Responsibilities and retention HaulProfit maintains the platform, supports access and processes data as documented. Partners retain lawful authorization for submitted data, carrier eligibility, team permissions and device policies. Carriers supply accurate operating costs. The published retention description is account lifetime for account data, two years for audit logs, 90 days for logs and telematics, and seven years for financial records. These are policy statements, not verified enforcement. Backup, legal-hold and provider exceptions may apply; the compliance resource explains documented retention discrepancies. Incidents, recovery and exit Security incidents: security@haulprofit.com. Operational help: support@haulprofit.com. The packet describes RTO 4h / RPO 1h targets and an April 2026 drill. Targets and a historical assertion are not current test evidence or an SLA. Incident notification, service hours and response obligations depend on applicable law and contract. Exit involves stopping optional feeds, revoking access, export and deletion requests, subject to retained categories and legal obligations. Commercial cancellation follows the governing agreement.

The carrier benefit, data use and your agreement

Give carriers a practical reason to choose your service and stay: access to load comparisons based on their own operating costs. They can compare what offers may leave after expenses, rather than choosing by the headline rate alone. Carriers keep the decision; estimated earnings are not guaranteed profit.

Account details support access; truck costs and selected load details support carrier comparisons. Optional supported uploads and scheduled report email supply authorized invoice/payment facts for matching. These are partner pushes, not permission to retrieve data from partner systems. Exact fields and recipients depend on the selected channel.

Sponsorship does not grant access to every carrier record. Visibility is relationship-scoped: account status, activity and submitted invoice/payment facts, not personal bank balances, other partners’ invoices or unrelated usage. Cost inputs and comparison results serve the carrier. Field-level and platform-administrator access depend on role and scope; legacy profitability or risk-score descriptions do not establish current features.

The agreement distinguishes partner-owned Partner Data from HaulProfit-created Derivative Data. The derivative clause permits lawful use, licensing, sale and distribution only where no partner, customer or transaction is identifiable; it is not permission to sell raw Partner Data. The assigned agreement governs; a draft is not evidence of acceptance. Rate aggregates require confirmed, consented contributions, not passive load-board observations.

How do AI and service providers fit? Hosting, payments, messaging and selected AI functions use providers. AI can process submitted text, documents or images for extraction or assistance, not only chat. Such content may contain personal data. Fields, provider retention, training terms and transfer safeguards are feature-specific; this brief does not verify provider settings or promise zero retention. The subprocessor list and DPA describe the applicable framework. How are responsibilities divided? Partners authorize submissions, establish lawful sharing and required consent, retain consent evidence, communicate withdrawals and manage staff access. Carriers check costs and decide on loads. HaulProfit operates the service and handles applicable privacy-rights requests and safeguards. Credit, underwriting, fraud and customer decisions stay with the partner. Published controls are not independent assurance or a substitute for legal duties. What happens on termination or deletion? Termination, account deletion and network withdrawal differ. Draft §7.6 provides 90 days after termination to export Partner Data, then deletion unless legal retention applies; the older FAQ stated 30 days. The assigned version governs. The data map describes account lifetime for calculation history, while calculation_logs defaults to 90 days; saved calculations are a separate category. For audit logs, the map says two years and the cleanup default is 365 days. These documented discrepancies do not establish actual configured enforcement; legal holds and backups can also affect retention. What remains after contribution withdrawal? For eligible factoring partners, the optional network depends on lawful qualifying contributions and coverage, not enrollment alone. Draft §11.9 describes 30 days’ written withdrawal notice and raw Contributed Data deletion within 60 days of a written request, subject to legal retention. Future aggregation stops on withdrawal; previously distributed anonymous historical aggregates cannot be recalled. Applicable agreement clauses govern. Withdrawal does not terminate base access. Where is more information available? Privacy and the DPA explain responsibilities; terms and the partner agreement set obligations; the trust center describes controls and evidence. Security incidents: security@haulprofit.com. Internal targets, legal duties and contractual promises differ; there is no universal 24-hour containment or 72-hour customer-notice commitment.
