How can we help you?

Find answers to common questions about HaulProfit

What types of accounts are available?

HaulProfit offers accounts for owner-operators (single truck), fleet owners (multiple trucks with a dispatch dashboard), and service partners (partner portal to sponsor clients). Each account type is tailored with the specific tools and features you need.

How accurate are the profit calculations?

HaulProfit uses your real operating costs, live diesel prices from the Barchart API, and actual route miles to calculate true net profit on every load. The accuracy depends on how precisely you enter your costs. Most users find the estimates within a few dollars of their actual profit.

How do broadcast messages work for factors?

Broadcasts let you send targeted messages to your client base directly through the HaulProfit platform. You can share rate alerts, market updates, or company announcements. Clients receive these in their dashboard, ensuring high visibility.

Can I look up broker information before accepting a load?

HaulProfit helps you make informed decisions by providing profitability analysis on every load. While we focus on cost and profit calculations, you can use the data alongside broker review tools to decide whether a load is worth taking.

Can I evaluate multiple loads at once for my fleet?

Yes, fleet owners can run bulk load evaluations to compare multiple opportunities side by side. The system calculates profitability for each load against the specific cost profile of each truck, helping you assign the best load to the best unit.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your HaulProfit subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe whenever you're ready.

What is the daily digest email for factors?

The daily digest sends you a summary of your clients' activity, including new calculations, risk alerts, and engagement metrics. It helps you stay informed about your portfolio without having to log in every day.

How is the daily profit target calculated?

Your daily profit target is based on your total monthly fixed costs divided by your working days. HaulProfit tracks how much you've earned against this target so you can see your break-even progress in real time and know exactly how many more loads you need.

Is my data secure with HaulProfit?

Absolutely. HaulProfit encrypts all data in transit and at rest. Our security controls are aligned with SOC 2 Trust Service Criteria, and we never sell your data to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time through the privacy settings in your account.

How does the desktop app work?

HaulProfit offers a free 30-day trial with full access to all features, so you can try it risk-free. After the trial, plans start at an affordable monthly rate. Many truckers also get free access through their service partner's sponsorship program.

What do the green, yellow, and red colors mean?

What is the virtual carrier feature?

How does voice input work in the calculator?

Instead of typing, you can tap the microphone icon and speak the load details like origin, destination, rate, and miles. HaulProfit's voice recognition fills in the fields automatically. This is especially useful when you're on the road and can't type safely.
